Contrived by Olive Nest Tiny Homes, Elsa is a 28-feet tiny house on wheels that was featured on Season 6, Episode 2 of Tiny House, Big Living! This 323-square-feet cozy retreat comes with a separate pergola trailer, and has its own mobile porch and greenhouse.

Currently located on a lot at Lakewalk Tiny Home Community, it is available for any intended destination. The exterior of this portable home is finished with 1×8 cedar shiplap siding, a gray standing seam metal roof, and a matching four-panel glass front door. There are fourteen Anderson windows to provide ample natural light throughout the day.

The walls and ceiling are clad in 6-inch shiplap and Pergo flooring has been used throughout the house. In the living room is a full size pull out sleeper sofa with storage. Other highlights of the interior are custom live edge cherry stair treads, bathroom counter, and pivoting bar. The bar accommodates two people against the wall and four people when pivoted out.

There is also a zone lighting system with recessed lighting and engraved control panels. The compact kitchen includes quartz countertops, a full-size gas range, an apartment size refrigerator, and a stainless steel sink with modern faucet.

The highlight of this tiny home is the mobile greenhouse, where you can enjoy sunrise or sunset while watering your plants. The good this about this portable tiny home is that you don’t have to leave plants behind if you want to relocate your abode.

The tiny house is listed on Zillow for $81,000. It’s ideal for a nomadic lifestyle while carrying all the comforts of a modern home.
