The Los Angeles-based Kelly Wearstler studio was founded by American designer Kelly Wearstler in 1995. Her design approach since has been to create multi-layered, stimulating sensory experiences for residential, hospitality, commercial, and other design projects. A fine example of this approach is the Isadora coffee table – bespoke furniture that combines table and sculpture in one.
It is a large coffee table featuring a unique base made of six cast-bronze legs in hand-polished finish for an authentic appeal. Out of the six, three legs are positioned upwards to support the tabletop while the remaining three work as legs of the table to support it. A tempered glass top banded in matching polished bronze trim completes the look.
