The Kickstarter-funded Desk Lamp by Pure Forms is designed to make your home office desk more streamlined. With a focus on versatility, it is a modern, sleek, and highly adjustable lamp that offers wired and wireless charging facilities. The lamp’s telescopic design allows you to adjust it in different ways to create the desired ambiance in the space. You can even use the lamp for video conferencing.
Winner of the 2025 German Design Award, this 14 lbs desk lamp features independently controlled task and webcam lights. The task light has asymmetric light output that directs the light beam to a selected area for focused work. On the other hand, the webcam light is forward-facing and can be used for video calls.
The lights are mounted on a double-hinged swing arm that folds into various configurations. The swing arm also rotates 360 degrees at the base, expanding the possibilities to position it even further. Interestingly, you can also extend the lamp to a maximum height of 33.5 inches. As highlighted by the brand, the pivoting head of the lamp allows you to place it over the top of a monitor, which seems like a great feature.

The Desk Lamp is made from diecast aluminum in a clean, tactile finish, with industrial-strength friction hinges tested for up to 100,000 full rotations. All the parts of the lamp are connected with concealed rare-earth magnets, without any screws or bolts visible from outside to ensure a neat look.
