Georgia-based tiny house builder, Homestead Tiny House Co., has a small line-up of stunning micro-dwellings that provide full-time residences to people throughout the US. Measuring 28-foot-long and 8-foot-wide, the Aspen tiny house by the manufacturer is a compact abode that not only adheres to the innate principles of downsized living but provides a family home for a fairly affordable price.

The Aspen tiny house sits on a smaller side of the industry with a $77,000 starting price tag, which means if you want additional features, they come at an extra buck. Regardless, the mobile dwelling is designed with twin lofts to offer accommodation to a small family.

Dotted with a board and batten exterior, the entrance of the Aspen has an optional awning. The front door of the tiny house opens into the kitchen, which is outfitted with modern appliances to better your experience of life on the road. It has butcher block countertops, a refrigerator, and a sink along with tons of cabinets. Although it is not outfitted with a stove or cooktop, you can opt for a choice between a two-burner LP or electric cooktop or a three-burner LP stove/oven unit, of course, for an added price.

The living room sits on one side of the entrance and has plenty of room to turn it into a cozy lounge with a convertible couch, a coffee table, and an entertainment unit. A secondary loft is designed above the living room and is accessible via a typical ladder. The loft with a safety railing can sleep two people in twin beds or a queen-size bed.

On the other side, the kitchen, a storage staircase, and a bathroom are located. The storage staircase has plenty of cabinets, cubbies, and a spot designated for a pantry and an electric water heater.

The bathroom is concealed behind a pocket door past the kitchen. It has a separate toilet stall, a shower stall, and a vanity sink with space for a washer/dryer hookup.

The primary loft is above the kitchen and the bathroom and has a safety railing. It has room for a king-size bed, a couple of nightstands, and a small cabinet or bookrack.

The best part is that the Aspen tiny house is already so feature-packed, there is barely anything left to be wanted. Even with customized features and furnishing costs, the tiny house will cost you under $100,000, which is a fair bargain considering most of the tiny houses cost way more.
