Bauhutte, the Japanese brand well known for creating multi-purpose gaming furniture has come up with a new product for gamers. Named Bauhutte Box Electric Blanket, it is a heated blanket that stays in place and keeps the bed warm throughout the night.
With a built-in electric heater, this box sheet blanket allows users to adjust the temperature from 21-degree to 53-degrees for the entire bed. It also comes with a foot pocket that traps the heat of the heater and functions as a “foot kotatsu”.
It is a box sheet type that fits tightly around the bed, so it will not slip or come off even if you roll over. There is an option to choose the amount of heat on the foot while preventing high temperature towards the head.
The Bauhutte Box Electric Blanket is equipped with a room temperature sensor that allows it to automatically fine-tune the temperature. Furthermore, there is a timer function to schedule the heating feature.

According to the maker, the box electric blankets have low power consumption cost i.e. only 1.4 yen per hour. This means users can stay warm even in winters, without worrying about the energy bills.
The Bauhutte Box Electric Blanket is available in three sizes and different colors. The price starts from 11,129 yen (approx. $100) on Amazon.
