Consistency is the key to success in the tiny house industry. The more homes you build, the stronger your reputation gets; and, if there is one builder that is well-aware of this formula, it’s Texas-based Decathlon Tiny Homes. The company has released a total of five models this year, with its latest creation being the Beach Haus tiny house on wheels.
Measuring 32 feet long and 8.6 feet wide, this mobile home provides 256 square feet of living space and a 40-square-foot storage loft, making it ideal for couples or small families seeking a minimalist lifestyle. Recently delivered to NamaStay Hideaway in Van Alstyne, Texas, the Beach Haus showcases Decathlon’s dedication to quality craftsmanship and customizable features.
The mobile home comes built on a triple-axle trailer, which ensures stability and mobility. On the chassis, the tiny home boasts F-WAVE roofing and painted Smart Siding for low maintenance, paired with a 2-feet-8-inch outswing door that adds a welcoming touch. Inside, luxury vinyl flooring and a painted interior create a bright, airy feel, while butcher block countertops bring warmth to the kitchen.
Speaking of the kitchen, it includes cabinets, countertops, floating shelves, and an array of appliances ranging from a refrigerator and a two-burner cooktop to a microwave and oven (with the latter coming as an add-on option). Beyond the kitchen, the home’s layout includes a private ground-floor bedroom with a custom bed platform, storage drawers, a wardrobe, and a stylish barn door, alongside a living area spacious enough for a standard couch. The bedroom sleeps a couple with ease, while the living room is spacious enough to be equipped with a sofa bed. The home is outfitted with a 12k HVAC mini-split for year-round comfort.
On the opposite end of the bedroom is the bathroom. Designed for comfort and convenience, the bathroom includes a 3-inch x 3-inch dual-threshold shower, a standard flush toilet, a vanity with sink, and a 30-gallon water heater, with washer/dryer connections for added convenience. These features make the Beach Haus tiny house a practical choice for those embracing tiny living with a coastal vibe.

Customization is another hallmark of the Beach Haus, allowing buyers to personalize the home. A range of upgrades caters to diverse preferences, from eco-friendly options like a composting toilet or a tankless water heater, to aesthetic enhancements like T&G cedar exterior or stone countertops. Functional additions include a washer/dryer combo unit, a farm sink, and a folding bartop.
For those seeking extra style, options such as a tile backsplash, a retractable ceiling fan, or a dual skylight are also available. While there is no clarity on the price, we estimate the Beach Haus tiny house to cost well-above $80,000 for the base model.
