Smart bird feeders have been all the rage this decade, allowing birdwatchers to feed feathered friends and enjoy their antics through high-resolution built-in cameras. Birdfy is a big name when it comes to smart bird feeders. The brand has now expanded its portfolio with a new smart bird bath, because why not? Birdfy Bath Pro was unveiled at CES 2025 and is a refreshing treat for birdwatchers.

The Birdfy Bath Pro is a bird bath complete with a little fountain in the middle of the pool where the tiny feathered buddies can take dips or drink. The Bath Pro features two built-in cameras: a 2MP camera with 1080p video recording and a 3MP camera that can shoot 2K video.

But the built-in cameras are not the highlight of this bird bath. Instead, it is the Wi-Fi-powered AI integration that makes it more fun for birdwatchers. The Bath Pro has AI recognition to help you spot which species is gracing your space. It helps spot the bathing birds, and snap a picture so that you can see them if you are not there to view them in real time.

You can either get the lifetime AI bird recognition feature or simply choose the monthly subscription model. The bird bath has a 9000mAh battery and an integrated solar panel. There is a simple Birdfy Bath Pro and another version with a stand: the choice depends on where you want to install this device for optimum birdwatching.

The standalone Birdfy Bath Pro will retail for $250. While the model with a stand will cost an extra $50. Currently, both versions are available for preorder with shipping expected to begin in March 2025.
