The design process of Ergonomic Chair Pro took half a decade, including intensive research and engineering. To ensure the product can be used for a long time, thorough testing was conducted, including dropping 125 lbs. on the chair over 100,000 times and pulling the chair back 300,000 times with a weight of 225 lbs on the seat to mimic 10 years’ worth of sitting and reclining.
