Material Needed:

  • Green yarn
  • Hot glue
  • Jute twine
  • Wooden beads

DIY Christmas Tree Tassel Garland

  • Make yarn skeins around the palm of your hand
  • Remove from the hand, tie one side of the skein, and cut through the other
  • Tie the top of the already tied side to make a head, holding the string in place
  • Make more such skeins in sets of three
  • Once you have the acquired number of tassel heads, take one, flip it inside, and glue the head of another tassel at the bottom
  • Repeat two times to get a three-tier tree tassel
  • Make several of these tree tassels and string them onto a jute twin with a wooden bead in between each one
  • Next, adorn with pom poms, beads, or foam balls, and top with a treetop star
