This newspaper ghost garland is effortless and costs you almost nothing. Moreover, it is a great way to give a second life to old newspapers and use them as Halloween decorations.

  • Old newspaper
  • Thread
  • Black Sharpie
  • Scissors

How to Make Newspaper Ghost Garland at Home

Start by folding the newspaper into neat rectangles and draw a sheet ghost outline.

Then, carefully cut the sheet ghost outline. Since the newspaper is folded, you will get multiple ghost cutouts.

Now make more ghost cutouts.

Take each ghost and draw eyes and mouths on them.

For the last step, take a needle and thread and string the ghosts onto it.
