The good thing about tiny homes is they just keep on coming. Just months back, Heather Fritz, Co-Founder of Fritz Tiny Homes took curtains off the Halcyon tiny house. It was then succeeded by Halcyon 02 and Halcyon Stay. During an interview with Homecrux, Heather informed us that there were more tiny homes in the pipeline, but we didn’t anticipate Fritz Tiny Homes to announce their next iteration this early. Halcyon Lux Tiny House is the latest mobile habitat designed by Fritz Tiny Homes and we are impressed.

Measuring 33 feet long and 8.6 feet wide, the tiny house is bright and light-filled, courtesy of eight fiberglass windows and a full glass patio sliding door. While the tiny house glazing boasts a sun-bathed design, the metal exterior doesn’t fail to impress either. Finished in metal siding, the tiny house can withstand harsh temperatures, hail, and wind.

In addition to the front end entry, the tiny house also has a secret back entrance door which welcomes you to the mudroom of the house. Featuring full back hall closet storage, the mudroom space is ideal for storing shoes and jackets, and other accessories that you don’t intend to take inside the main space.

The main entry however remains to be the front door. Visitors enter through the glass door into the living room equipped with a cozy sofa. The living room is quite spacious and offers plenty of space to the user to even furnish it with a coffee table. Adjacent is the full kitchen that comes packed with storage solutions and custom concrete countertops. Not to mention, a range of appliances that makes living a breeze.

The sole bedroom of the tiny house lies in the loft section and can be accessed via a storage-integrated staircase. It is a standing loft bedroom with a couple of windows and integrated storage.

Downstairs is the bathroom featuring a custom concrete sink, the option for a tub or shower, and a toilet. Halcyon Lux tiny house also features a designated space washer-dryer combo. Priced at $185,000 the tiny house is open for booking.
