Tiny Mobile Australia is one of the best budget builders when it comes to tiny houses. A case in point is the $95,000 Joey LX tiny house on wheels, which is a solar system-equipped dwelling with a luxurious open-floor layout. A gorgeous abode for a traveling couple or solo travelers, the Joey LX tiny house features a hardwood exterior and deck for the residents to enjoy the great outdoors.

The light-filled interior comes equipped with premium materials and modern amenities. Though it has a minimalist charm about it, the compact house has high standards and is perfect for Australian weather. Front sliding glass doors open inside a bright kitchen space.

The kitchen has a bench top, cupboards, a sink, an overhead shelf with LED lights, a refrigerator, granite countertops, and a microwave. There is no integrated cooktop but there are power outlets for an electric cooktop and coffee machine, etc. Next is a workstation with space underneath the counter to store a chair. On one side of the kitchen is a spacious bathroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin, vanity sink, and toilet.

On the other side of the kitchen is a living room with a couch bed. A bench is placed opposite the couch with a wall-mounted television overhead.

A queen-size bed is placed at one end of the house. An accent wall is installed behind the bed and a coat closet. Underneath the bed, there is plenty of space for storage and placing a pouf.

The Joey LX tiny house is priced at $95,000 in a solar-system-packed design. However, the compact dwelling can be outfitted with more off-grid features and upgraded amenities for an additional price tag.
