If you are not living under a rock, you know that the tiny house lifestyle isn’t a fad. It’s a full-blown movement with hundreds of tiny house designs being created all around the world. Today we’ll be discussing Kim’s 30′ x 8′ Tiny Home designed by MitchCraft Tiny Homes.

The Colorado-based tiny house manufacturer names its homes after the client’s name followed by the configuration of the house. As apparent, MitchCraft Tiny Homes designed a house for a client, Kim. Measuring 20 feet long and eight feet wide, the compact dwelling conceals a gorgeous and storage-friendly interior inside its quaint wooden exterior.

The interior of the tiny house is light-filled, courtesy of a number of ventilation features, especially a porthole window adjacent to the door of the tiny house. Beneath the window lies a table that can be used as a working desk, when required.

The front door opens into the kitchen of Kim’s 30′ x 8′ Tiny Home. It features a four–burner cooktop, a deep stainless steel sink, a fridge and an array of base and overhead cabinets to help store all kitchenware and groceries. On the right side of the door, there is a ladder leading to the loft section. It functions as a secondary bedroom that can also be used as a storage area. There is a bookshelf in the loft that also partitions the loft section from the ground-floor view.

Under the loft lies the living room which includes a sofa facing a wall-mounted television. A fireplace is incorporated under the television to keep the residents warm while they binge-watch their favorite programs.

On the opposite side of the living room is the bathroom of the tiny house. The bathroom area features a full-size shower, sink, and toilet to cater to hygienic needs. Then comes the primary loft of the tiny house which includes a double-size bed and a skylight. It can be accessed via storage-integrated stairs. The tiny house is spacious, can sleep four people with ease, and offers a lot of storage options.
