Measuring 25 feet long and 8.6 feet wide, Lassen Peak tiny house is a gorgeous micro-dwelling designed by Tiny Mountain Houses. The Silverton-based mobile habitat manufacturer built the tiny home way back in 2016, but now the company is bringing an iteration of it with a complete makeover.
Built on a double-axle trailer, the new tiny house model is finished in a bluish LP Smart Panel with rough-sawn trim and cedar accents. The interior on, the other hand, is made with pine tongue and groove flooring, with white walls adding a sense of sophistication to the house.
The Lassen Peak tiny house features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a couple of lofts with the interior boasting a number of furnishing. There is a sofa in the living room. Well, there is no word if it’s convertible, but it can actually sleep a person if required.
Facing the sofa is a wall-mounted television. Underneath it is an electric fireplace that would keep you warm during cold nights. This is something that I really like about Tiny Mountain Houses, the company doesn’t compromise on the entertainment part.
You have the choice to access either of the lofts from the living room. As aforementioned, the tiny house features two lofts, one functioning as a bedroom while the other is shown as a secondary living room. If required though, it can be utilized as a secondary bedroom. Both the lofts can accommodate a couple of people, with enough space for a queen-size mattress.

Downstairs, the kitchen is spacious when compared with other kitchens of Tiny Mountain Houses. Featuring white shaker cabinets and soft-close cabinet drawers, the kitchen is quite functional and allows users to stock groceries and other essentials. The kitchen is also accoutered with a range of appliances from a two-burner cooktop, microwave, and rangehood to stainless steel kitchen sink and refrigerator.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity sink. Overall, it is a nice, cozy, and warm tiny house ideal for both families and couples. In case you are looking to downsize and want to buy this home, it will cost you around $112,650.
