LG Display has announced new transparent OLED solutions to be introduced at CES 2022, including the latest home screen concept named ‘OLED Shelf’. It is a ‘transparent shelf’ that combines two transparent OLEDs vertically.
This innovative OLED Shelf harmonizes with the existing living room, creating a luxurious effect. It can be used to watch TV shows or display gallery paintings. There is also an always-on display mode that displays the clock, weather, appointments, etc., even when the screen is not turned on.

The LG Display’s OLED Shelf demonstrates the ability of transparent OLED displays to transform any home interior into a luxe abode. The company is also presenting its Shopping Managing Showcase and Show Window at CES 2022.
Previously, LG announced the Media Chair with a flexible OLED display, which can also be seen at the CES.
