Fresh off the unveiling of its SPACE MASTER Washer-Dryer and Refrigerator (443L), each of which is designed to solve spatial and functional constraints of modern households, Midea has launched the Intrinity Fan Series at IFA 2025. The floor-standing fans blend next-gen engineering and lifestyle-first design with the inclusion of Möbius strip blades, ensuring quiet and powerful functionality.

While Midea is already known as the world’s No.1 air treatment brand, Intrinity marks a deliberate shift for the company from technical excellence to a more family-friendly approach. Intrinity is therefore more than a fan. It’s a quiet, energy-efficient companion designed to run at full speed without hampering your nap time and work calls.

Intrinity basically thrives on its industry’s first Möbius Strip Blade Technology, a design twist inspired by aerospace and maritime engineering. This paired-blade configuration, curved into an endless loop, generates a stable and continuous airflow, which, according to the company, can reach up to 15 meters, ideal for today’s open-plan living rooms.

Unlike the loud thuds of conventional fans, the Intrinity Fan Series offers whisper-quiet cooling at just 19 decibels. It’s a subtle but significant upgrade for households raising an infant or juggling between moments of peace and stressful remote meetings. Intrinity thus really stands out as a household fan series for its focus on the comfort of the entire family and not just a user facing up to the device.

Midea has provided the newly introduced Intrinity fans with adjustable wind modes, allowing them to be accommodated between high-intensity cooling to gentle breezes tailored for babies or the elderly. For those who use fans overnight, precision timers and memory settings here can eliminate the need for constant adjustments or resets.

This high level of personalization and the quiet and powerful approach should make Intrinity fan series a power guzzler. Interestingly, that’s not the case. In fact, the fans consume only 0.04 to 0.08 kilowatt-hours per hour, the company notes. That’s up to 95 percent more efficient than a typical AC unit, making it a compelling choice for both cost savings and environmental impact. If that sounds like a deal, stay tuned to the Midea website for more details on pricing and availability.
