The Nid Luxe tiny house by France-based Quadrapol is not built for full-time residence. It is intentionally designed as a simple short-term nesting space for nature lovers, professionals, and workaholics. It has everything: a living room with a bed, a tiny kitchen, a bathroom, and some basic storage, on a single level, making this mobile micro-dwelling ideal for an individual or a couple. The tiny house is perfect for short stays over the weekend, vacation rental, office space, or as a studio.

The company offers the tiny house in three configurations – Le Nid Campagne (the extra room), Le Nid Confort (the perfect guest room), Le Nid Luxe (the independent studio) – to suit your needs. We will discuss the largest model, the Nid Luxe tiny house, which offers 131 square feet of living space.

The exterior of this tiny house has a timber frame, treated pine wood cladding, and a steel roof. The Nid Luxe tiny house is your doorway for a deep immersion in nature, thanks to its generous glazing that opens to the outdoor world.

Inside the Nid Luxe tiny house, insulation is done throughout for year-round comfort. The center space is dedicated to the kitchen, which has a countertop, cabinets, netted storage above the kitchen, and a few appliances, including a cooktop and a built-in refrigerator.

Across the kitchen, a fold-down dining table with seating for two offers space for eating and working. Nearby is the living room. It includes a storage-integrated daybed for two, or can be equipped with seating if needed. The space is ideal for relaxing with your significant other while taking in the outdoor views.

The bathroom is on the opposite end of the living room. It is basic and outfitted with a vanity sink, a shower, and a solid wood dry toilet. A pocket-siding door encloses the bathroom.

Adapting to your specific needs, all three models can also be outfitted with water and energy autonomy solutions for off-grid living. Built with efficiency and sustainability in mind, the Nid Luxe tiny house is an excellent option if you want to expand existing accommodation or enjoy the simple pleasures of tiny living in harmony with your surroundings. This particular model starts from €37,500 (about $43,900).
