The Nomad Collection is a combination of accessories and appliances designed to solve the problem of messy cables and make the workspace look less cluttered. The collection includes Nomad Strip, Nomad Block, and Nomad Lamp. Together, these accessories meet the electricity, lighting, and charging requirements while keeping the cables neatly organized. It is made in collaboration between the Swedish design studio Form Us With Love and the Swedish design firm Forming Function.
The inspiration behind making the Nomad Collection was the need to transform the neglected electrical, charging appliances into a set of designer objects that elevate the modern aesthetics of the workspace. The collection is hand-crafted, assembled, and painted in Småland, Sweden, which gives it a unique appearance.
The range highlights the longevity of the products, as the material used is 100 percent fully recyclable aluminum. These aluminum casts can be recycled without their quality getting compromised. The designers focused on sustainability while ensuring the accessories and appliances look modern.
The Nomad Block comes with various socket options to suit your requirements. You can get a Nomad Block with one socket, two sockets, or four sockets. These sockets (type F) also provide a dual USB-C port with thirty-watt superfast charging and a nearly 10-foot-long cable. The base of the block comes in two variants: magnetic for effortless attachment and an adhesive mounting plate.
