In late-night walks through the woods or during precision work at the workshop, I use a flashlight almost on a daily basis. If you’re someone like me, you know that zeroing in on one EDC light that can do it all for you is practically impossible. I even thought so, until I came across the ArkPro flashlight by Olight that actually offers an overwhelming experience.
It is an ultra-slim and pocketable flashlight, with features so unique that you practically won’t do without. And the best part? It’s now available at its lowest price ever, thanks to the Black Friday sale.
Olight’s Black Friday deals running from November 14 through December 1, 2025, involve offers for the ArkPro flashlight series, and include discounts of up to 20 percent on the ArkPro Ultra and the four ArkPro color variants (more on that below).
ArkPro Ultra
The ArkPro Ultra comes with four light sources, probably its coolest feature. This means you can adjust the light beams for different purposes without fiddling too much with the buttons. Using a precisely calibrated rotary selector on the flashlight, you can switch quickly between pure flood, spotlight, and UV light instantly. The fourth source, the green laser, works separately with the side button. It can also be used together with the other three lights when required.
In spotlight mode, the flashlight can beam up to 205 meters. This is likely the greatest beam distance you can find from an EDC flashlight its size. The spotlight can be toggled between five different brightness levels, and also features a strobe mode (I personally feel zapped by it and don’t enjoy the strobe, but maybe you can play around at times).
ArkPro Ultra’s pure flood mode offers a seriously wide beam for close-up tasks. The direct light shines at 1,700 lumens of brightness and should let you get your work done with more precision and focus. UV light is further divided into two low and high stages, with wavelength scaling up to 1,200 mW in high mode for a true fluorescent effect. The company says it can reveal elements that would otherwise remain hidden to the naked eye. To sum up the light options, the green laser has its own dedicated on/off switch on the side of the flashlight. Pressing and holding the button triggers the laser on and helps change between the low and high laser outputs.
Beyond the variation in light sources, the ArkPro Ultra offers a flat profile; a refined design, and masterful craftsmanship highlighted by its slim yet raised central ridge running down the center of the body adds substance to its construction. At 16 mm thin, the flashlight tips the scale at 120 g, and is made from a solid block of OAL (an in-house super-tough aluminum alloy) CNC-machined for a sublime feel and durability.
The IPX7-rated flashlight is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery, which can be charged via a magnetic charger that snaps to the bottom or a side-mounted USB-C port. The rotary selector on the body also has light indicators (green and white) with matching icons. Where green indicates battery usage and white denotes the brightness. A lock icon takes the guesswork out of safety. It offers a cue that the flashlight is in lockout mode.

ArkPro and Its Color Variants
Whether you’re shopping for Christmas gifts or purchasing a new EDC flashlight for yourself, give the ArkPro Ultra a thought. But if your budget doesn’t permit a $100 investment in a flashlight, Olight has the ArkPro, which comes with all the same features as the Ultra but scales down the peak brightness in floodlight to 1500 lumens. It is designed to carry well in the pocket so much so that will barely feel it’s there, or for more precision, you can even clip it to your headgear to guide your way.
The flashlight is available in several colors, including Silver Graphite and Phantom Squadron Edition. The aluminum body has a unique, tactile texture and usually sells for $109.99 (during the Black Friday sale, it’s also 20% off at $87.99). Olight is asking around $100 for the Matte Black, OD Green, and Orange color variants, which you can pick up for just $80 in the sale.
