Boasting innovative design and clean aesthetics, the Onyx 2630 tiny house is the latest micro-dwelling designed by Mint Tiny House Company. Measuring 30 feet long (including a 4ft covered exterior deck area), the tiny house is finished in metal siding. The micro dwelling features an outdoor deck area (as aforementioned), a kitchen, a living room, and a light-filled bedroom.

Providing you with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surrounding scenery, the tiny house comes accoutered with a myriad of windows, and a skylight in the loft bedroom section. With all these elusive features, no wonder, it costs a whopping $106,569. Well moving on, visitors enter the home through French Doors. Here they would find a lavish living room equipped with a sofa, coffee table, planter, and a side lamp.

Nearby is the kitchen which has a breakfast bar, kitchen cabinets with soft closing doors/drawers, a black kitchen sink, light Butcher Block veneer countertops, and plenty of wall cabinets. The kitchen further hosts a range of appliances from a Furrion RV Propane oven to a cooktop with a hood fan above. Not to mention, a stainless electric fridge that keeps your groceries and other items cool and fresh. The kitchen further connects to the bathroom. It features a shower, sink, and a toilet.

Onyx 2630 tiny house’s loft area is accessed via a ladder. Boasting a typical low-ceiling design, the loft functions as a bedroom and sleeps a couple in a breeze. It also features a gaggle of windows and a skylight that keeps the space airy and bright. A bookcase acts as a partition between the main floor and the loft space and offers privacy to the inmates.
