English singer-songwriter Robert Williams, known for his lively stage presence, has been passionate about design and art since 2023. He has held several solo art shows at the Moco Museum in Amsterdam, Netherlands. His latest exhibition, “Radical Honesty,” featured the Introvert chair, a piece made with Dutch design brand Moooi. This chair is a sculptural piece with a curved, cocoon-like shape, fully padded on the outside to offer maximum comfort and a stylish look.
The Introvert chair is a cozy seat designed to feel like a warm hug. It has a curved shape and a thick, padded wooden frame with a gentle swivel for flexible comfort. The chair is covered in a soft, warm ivory fabric made of wool, alpaca, and cotton. It features unique 3D quilting that creates a textured surface, making it different from other chairs.
According to the designer, the Introvert chair creates a quiet, peaceful space for reflection, reading, or watching others without being seen. It is designed as a private retreat where you can pause and find comfort away from the noise of the world.
Moooi is also offering optional matching pillows that can be nested together in your own way for more personalized comfort. The role of pillows is vital in this chair design, as they are placed around your waist to grip the body like someone is hugging you. The chair’s generous curves and plush form make it look more like a mini sofa than a regular chair.

After art, Robbie Williams has now created his first design object, continuing his artistic work. The Introvert chair is a piece that celebrates stillness and solitude. It invites you to take some moments to think about your inner self, without any distractions from your surroundings.
