Samsung continues to raise the bar for energy efficiency in home laundry with the launch of its newest innovations at IFA 2025. The South Korean tech giant already launched the Bespoke AI Washer with A-55 percent energy efficiency last year, and now it is back with the latest model that delivers a breakthrough A-65 percent energy efficiency, which means it uses 65 percent less power than the minimum required for an EU Class A rating, setting a benchmark in the industry.

The new AI washer works smarter with a better motor and improved washing methods. It utilizes AI Wash+ to recognize more fabric types like denim and outdoor clothing. It senses the weight, dirtiness, and fabric type, then adjusts water, detergent, and wash time for the best clean.

The new washer comes in a fresh color called Neat White, alongside the existing Dark Steel. Both color options include a user-friendly 7-inch touchscreen with smart features and an easy connection to Samsung’s SmartThings app, enhancing the laundry experience.

To complement the washer, Samsung is also introducing a matching dryer in Neat White with AI Dry+ to detect fabric type and moisture level to optimize drying time and energy use. The dryer reduces energy use by 20 percent and drying time by 20 percent. It detects fabric types, including normal, denim, towels, and delicates, using their weight, moisture, and temperature data.

At IFA 2025, Samsung will also showcase its updated Bespoke AI Laundry Combo with a bigger drying capacity, now 3kg more, and faster drying, saving 20 minutes. This is achieved with improved design, including a better heat exchanger with 8.5 percent more surface area for heat transfer and a stronger heater for faster preheating. Samsung will also be exhibiting its 115-inch Micro RGB TV, as well as an induction hob with built-in high-speed ventilation at the event.
