Europe’s biggest entertainment brand Sky has expanded its TV range with the 2nd-gen Glass TV. The new model features an even brighter 4K HDR picture and an enhanced built-in seven-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system for an immersive entertainment experience. What makes it different from others is that it comes with a Sky TV built-in, without needing a dish or box to stream over Wi-Fi.

All you need is a home broadband package to stream all your favorites. From picture quality to sound, many aspects of the older streaming TV have been refreshed to improve the viewing experience. Keep reading for more details:

Display

The 2nd-gen Sky Glass TV features a brighter 4K Quantum Dot display with a new advanced HDR and precision contrast enhancement for deeper blacks and brighter highlights. It has a wider viewing angle and offers a brighter, more accurate display.

The TV tailors the viewing experience based on what is playing on the screen by automatically optimizing the picture and sound accordingly. All picture modes have also been updated to let you enjoy every type of content, including movies, music, and sports.

Sound

The new Sky Glass TV has been re-engineered to beam a 360-degree cinematic sound. For richer bass with improved vocal clarity, the Dolby Atmos sound system now has seven speakers, including a soundbar and dual subwoofer built-in.

Design

You can choose from three new color variants, Volcanic Grey, Arctic Silver, and Atlantic Blue, as per your interior setting. The remote comes in a matching color while the speaker fascia is also color-matched. There are three sizes to choose from, 43, 55, and 65 inches.

The Sky Glass TV has a new stand with two prongs for easy, tool-free installation. You can also go for the new wall mount that tilts, swivels and sits completely flush against the wall. The TV is also compatible with universal TV mounts if you already have one at home.
