Starbucks is ringing in 2026 with a brand new winter menu, with a fresh take on fan-favorite flavors and a handful of newcomers, all arriving at Starbucks coffeehouses on January 6, 2026. The winter lineup includes a mix of high-protein drinks, pistachio-based beverages, and new food bites. Starbucks is introducing a Pistachio Cortado, Iced Dubai Chocolate-inspired Matcha, Pistachio Latte, and Iced Dubai Chocolate-inspired Mocha and Truffle, Mushroom & Brie-Egg Bites, among many fan-favorites.

To appease the winter gods and customers, the cozy menu is debuting two caramel protein drinks that will also join the year-round menu. The pistachio flavor will also become part of the year-long menu, but four of the pistachio drinks will only be limited to the winter menu. Among the foods, Valentine Cake Pops and an upgrade for the Turkey Bacon, Cheddar & Egg White Sandwich have also been included in the menu.
