TonerBox measures 19.2 inches wide, 19.09 inches high, about the size of a large carry-on suitcase, and weighs 132 lbs. fully assembled. It unfolds in seconds into a versatile bench with integrated storage, supporting users up to 330 lbs.
The home gym system includes a 13-inch high bench that doubles as an aerobic step and weight platform. It is crafted from durable oak plywood that offers stability during exercises like push-ups or plyometric jumps. From a practicality standpoint, the bench supports compound lifts like deadlifts, while bands enable progressive resistance for pulls and mobility.
