President Donald Trump will have a permanent presence in Dubai as a new high-rise development is being named after him. The Trump Organization and international luxury real estate developer DarGlobal has revealed its plans to build the Trump International Hotel & Tower, in Dubai. This multi-purpose skyscraper is touted to feature the highest outdoor swimming pool in the world.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai will combine world-class hospitality with unique residential offerings. Spanning across 80 floors and standing 350 meters tall, the project will offer luxury rooms, private lounges, personalized service, and top-class amenities for guests. The property shall also include private, resort-style pools exclusively for residents that offer stunning views of Burj Khalifa.
Following the success of Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman, this new high-rise building will be built along Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance of Downtown Dubai.

This architectural project is set to establish new standards in luxury hospitality and residential living in the region. It is the Middle East’s first Trump International Hotel & Tower and the fifth project between Dar Global and The Trump Organization.
There is no concrete word about the construction timeline, but the Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai is expected to be completed in December 2031, the New Atlas notes.
