His innovative concept for constructing a house in the forest, a cliff face or in mountains just might inspire you a lot. Dubbed the Verge, this cliff house is designed to stand tall on inclined terrains. The tapering section behind the main building has staircases to all four floors of the house, and it adds structural support to the structure. In addition, the roof becomes a viewing platform.
Wood and concrete construction allow the Verge cliff house to blend into its surroundings. There is floor to ceiling windows on each floor and all these open onto small balconies that are set behind a series of slatted grooves to the outer structure.
