Aston Martin's first residential project in Miami "Aston Martin Residences" is finally finished
The sail-shaped building with shiny exterior is a collaboration effort by Aston Martin's design team and architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger (BMA)
It is a 66-story skyscraper with 391 luxury residential units
Four levels of the building are dedicated to amenities such as a fitness center, spa, pool deck, salons, lounges, theaters, kids' playroom, and more...
The 55th floor has a 25-ft. cantilevered lounge area that complements the contoured shape

Residents have option to choose from three interior design collections to match their personal style
Aston Martin handles, number plinths, and kestrel tan leather door tabs have also been used throughout the building’s interior
The skyscraper offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Miami River and the dynamic Miami skyline
