We have been covering Dragon Tiny Homes for many years. Over these years, one thing that has remained constant about the Georgia-based tiny house company is the size of its micro-dwellings, which vary between 16 and 22 feet. But the tiny house movement is on the horizon of change, with both makers and dwellers preferring larger models. Dragon Tiny Homes realized it has to keep pace with the industry trends, as evident by its latest offering, the Webster tiny house.

Measuring 32 feet long and 8.5 feet wide, the Webster tiny house boasts 269 square feet of space, which comprises three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Built on a triple-axle trailer, the mobile home weighs in at a sturdy 18,000 pounds, ensuring stability without sacrificing portability.

A glass door entrance leads to the interior, which boasts an open kitchen area. This space accommodated full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, which is still a rarity in many tiny homes. The kitchen is also equipped with a two-burner induction stove and an array of cabinets to store groceries and kitchenware.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room of the house. Featuring a gigantic 6×6-foot picture window, alongside other ventilation options, the living room is full of natural light, offering an airy, open feel that connects you to the outdoors. It also includes a sofa and a TV facing it.

Past the kitchen is a spacious bathroom that has all the potential to rival your traditional bathrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a generous 48-inch shower, a toilet, a stylish vanity sink, and convenient laundry hookups.

The major highlight of the Webster tiny house is its three bedrooms. Akin to Movable Roots and Indigo River Tiny Homes‘ style of building compact homes, the first of these bedrooms is on the ground floor. The bedroom features a built-in closet, under-bed storage, and a clever ceiling-mounted TV that descends at the touch of a button.

Up top, the double lofts provide sleeping quarters for up to four, with room for a queen bed in one and extra storage in the other. These elevated nooks can double as guest spaces, a home office, or a yoga retreat.

Dragon Tiny Home is open to further customization and can tailor finishes, add solar panels, or tweak layouts to suit the clients’ vision. The company has priced the Webster tiny house at $85,000, but this is bound to increase with added customization.
