The home cleaning market is flooded with tons of smart and robot cleaners, but not many offer the convenience of handheld and robotic features in one sleek device. The xLean TR1 is designed to change that. It is a dual-form floor washing robot that switches from a robot cleaner to a handheld equipment in a second. The xLean TR1 comes with an electric lock that allows a one-second switch between the two styles. This dual-form transformable floor washing robot will be gracing the halls of CES 2026.
The TR1 combines hot water deep mopping with real-time learning and an auto-clean station to keep your involvement to a minimum. The floor washing robot solves 99 percent of your floor problems by taking care of everyday deep cleaning and timely spot cleaning with equal efficiency. It has a Dual-Motor DirectSuction mechanism for a residue-free cleaning even with massive spills.
Its one-second dual-form switch lets you go from floor-cleaning robot to a handheld device quickly, so you can tackle spills fast and train the robot by cleaning with the handheld equipment. Equipped with multi-sensor fusion and Reinforcement Learning, the robot is designed for self-evolving intelligence to offer you a device that cleans with human intent. This feature ensures that the robovac not only gives cleaning results like a human, but cleans like you do.
You can train the robot according to your needs with different home environments and cleaning requirements suited to your space. The xLean TR1 comes equipped with Cleaning Performance Learning (CPL) to tackle different types of mess, and Cleaning Area Learning (CAL) to handle key maintenance areas at home. The CPL works by automatic cleaning learning in handheld mode and automatically delivers different mess cleaning results in robot mode.
The CAL, on the other hand, allows you to bring the robot to the target area in handheld mode, press the learning button, and clean the area. The xLean TR1 automatically records the learning area and the cleaning result. This data is then transferred to the robot mode, which learns and performs exactly as you would to clean a certain area. To simplify, the handheld mode automatically learns your cleaning habits and records the results. The robot mode automatically replicates the cleaning strategy and delivers the result.
Its Dual-Motor DirectSuction tech redefines robotic cleaning performance, allowing the xLean TR1 to handle large liquid spills and solid-liquid messes in both modes with equal efficiency. At the center of this new cleaning system is VortexMatrioxTM Separation Technology, which lets the robot clean even the liquid spills directly. If you are worried about dragging messes, don’t. The xLean TR1 refreshes the dual rollers in real-time by Continuously Flowing Fresh Water, at 800 RPM for self-cleaning in the real time and leaving a spotless floor.
The xLean TR1 has a square body that navigates seamlessly through tight spaces, such as under the furniture, and full coverage on the sharp corners for an all-inclusive cleaning process. The floor washing robot has an RGB-D camera, a green laser sensor, and motor encoders to record your cleaning patterns and preferences. Furthermore, this anonymized data is stored on the cloud with user consent, offering Self-Evolving Intelligence via OTA updates.
It relies on high negative pressure to suck in solids and liquids in one step. The dual rollers are cleaned in real-time with 140 degrees Fahrenheit hot water to get rid of grease and sticky spills. The xLean TR1 has a high-rate self-cleaning OMNI station that flushes the mop with hot water, separating solids, and air-drying to reduce odor and mold growth. It has a dirty water tank that uses the VortexMatrix solid-liquid separation system to automatically separate liquids from solid waste larger than 2.5mm.
Featuring smart navigation and mopping, the xLean TR1 can detect over 400 obstacles and map 1,615 square feet in 3 minutes. The robot cleaner uses SLAM with retractable LiDAR to reach edges down to 0.24 inches. The only human intervention comes to empty the solid waste bin, and you can sit back and watch the robot do the heavy lifting.
The floor washing robot also includes carpet detection (which it does not clean as of now), zero tangle, LLM voice interaction, multi-zone intelligence cleaning, and app control to make the chore even easier. It is Matter-enabled and seamlessly integrates with the Apple Ecosystem for Apple HomeKit connectivity and family sharing. You can even customize the cleaning schedule and remote video assistant via an easy-to-use app.
