Many tiny houses and tiny cabin manufacturers offer customization options to allow their clients to get the best experience of the downsized lifestyle. Colorado-based construction company Western Colorado Tiny House seems adept in the craft as evidenced by its 2-Story tiny cabin that is perfect as both a rental and permanent residence. The 350 sq. ft. cabin comes ready with a king-size loft bedroom, a compact kitchen, a living room/downstairs bedroom, closet space, and a full bathroom.

Featuring a high vaulted ceiling with three skylights, the 2-Story Cabin has a beautiful Scandinavian gray wood exterior. The micro-dwelling is dotted with large pictures and casement windows. There is even an entry porch.

Upon entering the dwelling, you’ll find a coat rack on a partition wall, which separates the entrance and the living room space. An oval mirror is hung high along the ceiling to reflect the light pouring in from the first skylight, located above the entrance.

The living room is big enough to convert into a queen-size sleeping space. You can put down a convertible couch here. There is a counter-style partition, separating the kitchen and the living room. A wall above the dividing counter provides space for a television.

A metal ladder is placed in the living room that leads to the loft bedroom through a trapdoor-style opening. The giant of a loft comes equipped with a king-size mattress. Two skylights brighten the loft while keeping it well-ventilated and spacious. It has more than enough room to keep a bookcase in the loft and display knick-knacks. There is a small opening next to the trapdoor that opens above the entrance. It brings in more light that is reflected from the mirror above the entrance of the house.

Downstairs, a compact kitchen comes with an integrated 2-burner cooktop, sink, ventilation hood, refrigerator, and wooden countertops. A giant window is installed opposite the kitchen, along with an angular table jutting from the wall. The wall is dotted with shelves to display essentials and knick-knacks alike, while the table offers dining and working space.
