A flying albatross is said to have a wingspan of over eight feet, which is the standard width of a regular tiny house on wheels. Nodding toward this, the British Columbia-based Rewild Homes has designed the Albatross tiny house measuring 28 feet long and 8.6 feet wide. Featuring three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a gourmet kitchen, the tiny house is elegant, functional, and best suited for a joint family or friends who plan to live together. Interestingly, Rewild Homes decided to skip the living room in order to equip an extra bedroom.

A glass door welcomes you inside the house that features a huge kitchen. Equipped with a number of appliances, including an electric cooktop, an in-wall oven, and a microwave range hood, the tiny house kitchen is supremely functional. Aside from appliances, the kitchen is loaded with top-class furnishings such as handcrafted cabinetry, drawers, shelves, and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen has plenty of storage allowing you to house groceries and other essentials with ease. It is to be noted that the kitchen forms the central part of the home and acts as a divider between the bathroom and the main-floor bedroom. The main bedroom sleeps two people on a queen-size bed. Featuring a built-in wardrobe and desk, the main bedroom also allows you to work from home.

Then we have the two lofts both accessible via the kitchen. The two lofts offer plenty of space to sleep and work. If required, they can even be turned into storage areas. Finally, we have the bathroom that features a composting toilet, electric on-demand water heat, and a bathtub.

It isn’t the fanciest of homes you’d come across and caters to bare essentials. However, if you are in love with the idea of minimalism, you might find comfort in this gorgeous dwelling.
