The entrants at Salone del Mobile in Milan are a true representation of ever-transitioning future trends. This year, the design fair explored the realm of sustainability and inclusivity, in which the Italian designer Andrea Pedrali’s Narì Chair 6360, at the #BackToNature stand, weaved an outstanding position for itself in the crowd.

As a mark of reverence to the founder of the company, Narì chair collection is a tribute by Andrea to his grandfather. The stackable chair is widely suited for all; it comes with armrests and a backrest and sits you on foam cushioning. The chair with an antique vibe features a steel frame and is upholstered with woven PVC. The foam cushion rests on the seat with steel slats for permanence and ease.

Designed with an unusual geometric fan-shaped back and arms, the chair has a nylon core wrapped around the armrests and backrest, while its linear-shaped legs comprising double steel tubes bear the load. The collection rides on the basics of Pedrali’s 1960s collection of garden chairs made from forged iron. The final result, Narì Chair 6360, is tweaked using modern methods and technology to fit in contemporary market scenario.

As creativity knows no bounds, the farsighted vision of the founder thrusting the use of recyclable material is represented by and large in the entire collection. The chair is available in four subtle steel frames whereas there is a multiple choice for outdoor fabric. To prolong the lifespan of this chair, it should be vacuum-cleaned regularly using a low-suction power setting.
