41ft Arctic Tiny House Features Three Bedrooms, Exquisite Living Room and Gourmet Kitchen

There is no substitute for beauty and functionality. Irrespective of a tiny house costing 30K or even less than that, if the micro dwelling isn’t organized and aesthetic, no one would pay heed to it. Vancouver-based tiny house firm Mint Tiny Homes knows this consumer psyche pretty well and offers gorgeous dwelling that binds form and function seamlessly. The latest example is that of the 41ft Arctic tiny house.

Finished in LP Smartside lap siding on the exterior and vertical wood paneling on the interior, the tiny house offers a cozy and chic environment for the user. Being 8.6 feet wide, the mobile home accommodates spacious rooms that include an L-shaped living area, three bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a bathroom.

The living room comes fitted with a sectional sofa, a large planter, and a coffee table. The French door that welcomes users to the living room creates a beautiful and sophisticated atmosphere, in addition to allowing natural light to filter in and create an open and airy feeling that’s perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests.

Nearby is the kitchen of the Arctic tiny home. Boasting laminate flooring throughout, the kitchen includes a breakfast bar that doubles as a workspace. Facing the eating bar are full-depth kitchen cabinets with soft-closing doors/drawers. The cabinets are topped by butcher block veneer countertops that host a single ceramic apron front kitchen sink and Furrion RV propane oven and cooktop with a Hood fan above. Not to mention, a stainless electric fridge that keeps your groceries and food items fresh over time.

The bathroom of the Arctic tiny house is stationed a few steps away from the kitchen. Featuring a traditional flush toilet, and a large shower with a glass door, the bathroom is pretty compact yet highly functional. On top of the gorgeous living space (whether the bathroom or living room) are the sleeping lofts. The two lofts sleep four people combined, in addition to offering extra storage space to the user.

The Arctic tiny house also features a main floor bedroom (over the gooseneck) with ample closet space, providing users with a functional and organized sleeping area. Overall, the tiny house sleeps six to eight people combined. Not to mention the closet space in the main bedroom that allows for easy storage of clothes and personal items. With all these features, no wonder, the dwelling costs a whooping amount of $115,925, which is undeniably a steal in my opinion.
