Shortlisted for this year’s Barkitecture competition, the Bask II is an extension of last year’s winning kennel, the Bask. Crafted in thin layers of plywood into an elegant curved form, it pays tribute to the warmth and geometry of sunlight and lets your best friend sleep in coziness. Its curved shape gathers enough sunlight to make sure your adorable canine relaxes in full contentment.
With its portability, it is easy to carry around and can be placed in the sunniest spot for your pooch to soak in plenty of sunlight, while he wags his tail in happiness and reverence. It is multifunctional and serves a dual purpose.
It becomes a dome-shaped shelter to provide a sunny sanctuary for your dog, where the big hole acts as an accessible entrance and a way for the sunlight to penetrate the interior of the dome.
