Designed by Patricia Urquiola, B&B Italia’s iconic Tufty-Time sofa has now a new version, Tufty-Time 20, to celebrate its 20th anniversary. This updated version focuses on enhancing comfort, sustainability, and modularity for a modern living experience. With improved design and seating, it offers even greater versatility.

As noted by Wallpaper, the sofa features 14 modules, including a new curved module that expands the configuration possibilities. You can arrange it in a rounded layout for face-to-face interaction, as a linear or corner sofa and even as an island with a 360-degree seating. The curved module expands its usability in both residential and commercial settings.

Tufty-Time 20 features a taller seat and extra padding to ensure more comfort. Additionally, there is a thick Dacron layer placed between polyurethane and fabric for a softer feel. It also comes in a new chenille fabric with a bouclé texture. The sofa even has wider seat and low backrest.

The latest iteration retains its original charm while incorporating new features for improved functionality. Designed with sustainability in mind, it can be fully dismantled at the end of its life, allowing for easy reuse or recycling of its parts.
