Winnebago e-RV

Winnebago Industries has revealed the e-RV, the first all-electric zero emission motorhome concept at the 2022 Florida RV SuperShow. Developed over two years, it features an advanced electrical power system by Colorado’s Lightning eMotors. Its 350-volt DC architecture supports the water heater and air conditioner with a heat pump, while 110-V AC power is consumed for the induction cooktop and the fridge.

According to the company, the onboard 86-kilowatt-hour battery package allows for up to 125 miles of range while also fulfilling other power needs of the coach. You can monitor the control systems through a tablet or smartphone app.

eStream Concept by THOR Industries

US-based THOR Industries has launched this electric RV concept, named Airstream eStream at the SuperShow. It is built on an electric chassis co-developed with Roush. The battery-powered electric drivetrain with independent motors and lithium-ion batteries boosts fuel economy and increases the range.

THOR has partnered up with ZF and its own European subsidiary Erwin Hymer Group to develop the technology in order to extend the range of towing. This motorhome also includes range extending technologies like integrated fuel cell components that enable a range of up to 300 miles.

Its clean roofline and sleek aerodynamics also reduce wind resistance and make it possible to go farther. There is also a solar array to provide power backup. Vision Vehicle Concept by THOR Industries

THOR Industries has launched another electric RV concept at the show. Powered by a high-capacity battery pack and integrated fuel cell, it offers a range of up to 300 miles. The Vision Vehicle RV features a central display that makes trip planning easy. Inhabitants can get useful information about the route like charging stations, tourist places, and places to stay. It also allows monitoring power and controlling house functions. There are solar panels on the roof to make off-grid camping possible.

Ember RV Overland Series 191MDB

Ember is a newcomer in the RV industry that has nonetheless impressed with its space-savvy floor plan and advanced features.
