Elevated from the ground on wooden stilts, this treehouse for kids in Perthshire, UK is one of the many bespoke projects by famous architecture firm Blue Forest.

Named Playtime Treehouse, it includes playful features to entertain kids. There is a hidden door to a room with a climbing wall and a trap door that leads to the adjacent tree platform and zip-wire deck. On the deck is a slide for kids to get down. Kids can access the treehouse through a wooden staircase or they have the option to climb up through a cargo net.

All wooden construction including shingles on the gabled roof keeps the exterior design simple. The blue windows and door make a great combination with the wooden exteriors.

To everyone’s fancy, there are cargo nets, fireman’s pole, and swings all around the treehouse for kids to spend the playtime amid nature.

On the inside, there is enough open space to play freely and a large window at the front to view the surroundings.

The mezzanine level has space to relax after getting tired of playing around the treehouse. Obviously the kids will love to explore all the levels of the Playtime Treehouse, as well as the play area around it. It is designed to serve as a place where kids can play, enjoy and seek adventure.

A similar treehouse with a slide has been built by Blue Forest previously.
