Built for both beginners and aspiring home baristas, Talos 20 includes a built-in conical burr grinder with 27 settings for precise, fresh grinding as required for different beans. It offers customizable grind times for both shot sizes: 3-20 seconds for a single shot and 8-30 seconds for a double.
The Talos 20 uses a Dual Thermoblock System with PID temperature control that reduces “wait time”. You can also manually adjust the water temperature for brewing from three preset ranges: Low, Medium, and High to “fine-tune” the extraction based on your beans. Furthermore, the onboard 20-Bar Italian Pump with pressure gauge offers more control over the extraction process.
Once you set your preferred settings, Talos remembers them to ensure you get consistent espresso automatically every day. Talos also includes a steam wand with a silicone grip and a Steam Pre-Heat button to prepare milk-based espresso recipes. Another cool highlight is the double-spout design that lets you dispense two drinks at once.
