Australian builder Removed Tiny Homes recently made waves in the Australian tiny home industry by introducing its latest series of mansions on wheels with ultra-large micro-dwelling. While we loved the newly launched Soma, Solace, and Onda, today we return to one of the company’s slim, mobile tiny homes, the Byron Bay. The Byron Bay is a 25.7-foot-long, 7.8-foot-wide, and 14-foot-high tiny house with two loft bedrooms, making it ideal for a small family.

The tiny house on wheels has a quintessential board and batten and metal exterior. Dotted with about a dozen windows and French doors, the Byron Bay tiny house is open and bright, making it a masterclass of light and movement.

There are two lofts connected via a standing-height walkway, a central living area, a big bathroom, a U-shaped kitchen, and tons of storage to facilitate everyday living. It is perfect for a small family, couples, or individuals who need more space to breathe.

The front door opens into the kitchen, which is stocked with appliances and plenty of storage cabinets. It has a two-burner cooktop, sink, oven, microwave, range hood, and refrigerator. There is generous counter space for cooking and meal prep. One part of the storage-integrated island, which also acts as a partition between the kitchen and the living area, serves as a dining area.

The living area is next to the dining space, and has a sofa sitting under the walkway. Facing the couch is an entertainment unit with a TV stand and a television. You can also put down a couple of side tables. Next to the sofa is an integrated shelving unit for books and such.

A staircase leads to the loft bedrooms, connected through a standing-height walkway. One of the lofts fits a queen-size mattress, has a small closet, and two windows. The second loft is semi-private with half a wall acting as a security railing. It fits a king-size mattress on a raised platform and a full-wall wardrobe. Underneath one of the lofts is the full-size bathroom. It has a toilet, a shower cabin, a vanity sink, and a closet with a laundry hookup.

The Byron Bay tiny house comes with defined spaces to live, sleep, and slow down. The home offers an intentional and open space for people to thrive. If this micro-dwelling has ignited your desire to downsize, the pricing for the Byron Bay starts at AUD143,990 (roughly $104,500). You can have certain things customized, should you choose to, for additional cost, of course.
