Queensland-based Aussie Tiny Houses has unveiled its latest the Casuarina 10 tiny house. The 32-foot-long dwelling is meticulously crafted to redefine comfort and functionality in compact living. The attractive and other external structures come as an add-on to the core structure which features a ground-level bedroom, living room, U-shaped kitchen, and bathroom.

The tiny home is tailor-made for those seeking convenience without compromising on space. “This innovative design seamlessly combines the beloved features of two of our best-selling models – the Hazel 8.4 and the Casuarina 9.0,” mentions the company. Being an amalgamation of two models, the Casuarina 10 tiny house creates a harmonious blend of practicality and aesthetics.

One key highlight of the home is its U-shaped kitchen. “The kitchen is a direct homage to the highly acclaimed Hazel 8.4 model,” points out Aussie Tiny Houses. It also features ample storage and a generous breakfast bar. Not to mention, an array of accessories and appliances that every tiny house is packed with; including a 221L fridge/freezer, full-size pantry, dual electric cooktop, and 600mm electric oven.

Another feature worthy of the spotlight is its light-filled interior. The micro-dwelling is also accoutered with a gaggle of windows inviting the outdoors. “Embracing the legacy of the Casuarina 9.0, this tiny house radiates with natural light, thanks to its abundance of strategically placed windows,” says the builder. Windows in the kitchen ensure a delightful culinary experience while permeating the interior with natural light.

Nearby is the open living room that boasts plenty of space. Equipped with a large couch, the living area creates the perfect setting for relaxation or social gatherings. A little ahead is the ensuite bathroom of the house. This layout reminds me of models by Decathlon Tiny Homes with walkthrough bathrooms partitioning the bedroom from the kitchen and living room.

Boasting a flush toilet, shower, and vanity sink, the bathroom is functional and aesthetic. On the far end of the bathroom is the main-floor bedroom of the house. A testament to thoughtful design and comfort, the bedroom sleeps two people comfortably. It features closets for added storage and a separate entry/exit door. Priced at $84,813 (AUD129,900), the tiny house can be purchased from the manufacturer’s website.
