Polish builder Mobi House has established itself as a name to be reckoned with in the European industry. It is well-known for its quaint dwelling names after natural elements and its compact footprint that offer big life. Case in point is the Chia tiny house that is equipped with a rooftop terrace, a reverse loft to accommodate dogs, and a monochromatic palette.
The Chia tiny house is a 27-foot-long micro-dwelling that is custom-built for a couple. The rooftop terrace serves as a place to relax, while the monochromatic interior provides a year-round accommodation for you and your four-legged friends.
Its ingenious layout with a reverse loft to provide the dogs a private retreat underneath the elevated living area is rarely seen in the industry. The interior is dominated by a monochrome pairing of white and dark wood.
The Chia tiny house is dotted with glazing all around, including a porthole window in the elevated lounge and three vertical, operable windows. The lounge has a wood-fired fireplace, space for putting a convertible couch, a coffee table, and a couple of reading chairs. It also has a handful of shelves to keep knick-knacks.
Next to it, there is a full-size closet that comes to the middle of the reverse loft. You can use the closet’s top as a table or install an entertainment system here. Beneath the loft, there is ample space to provide cozy pet lodgings. There is even a doggy door. If you don’t have a pet and still fancy the design, it is big enough to put down a mattress and sleep two.
On the other side, there is a full kitchen. The linear kitchen has a three-burner cooktop, a stainless sink, an oven, a range hood, and plenty of under-counter and overhead cabinets. One of the drawers includes a lift-top section that expands the countertop into an L-shape to provide additional prep area or dining table.
Opposite the cooking area, there is a storage-integrated staircase with space for a full-size refrigerator. Past the kitchen is the bathroom. Unlike other Mobi houses, the bathroom of the Chia leaves nothing to be desired. The spa-like bathroom carries the monochrome theme inside its generous space. It has a full-height glass-enclosed shower, a toilet, a vanity sink, a washer-dryer hookup, and a lot of storage cubbies.
Overhead, a full-size loft bedroom offers utmost privacy, so even when you have people over, your privacy isn’t impeded. You take the duck stairs to reach a door, behind which lies the most spacious bedrooms by Mobi.

There are operable slats in the bedroom to operate privacy levels. You can fit a king-size mattress underneath a large, operable skylight, which is also your way up to the rooftop terrace. There are storage cubbies acting as a partition between the bedroom and the adjoining office space.
Usually, the Mobi houses are priced between $40,000 and $95,000. The Chia tiny house is likely between this price range. If you fancy the design of this particular house, you can get in touch with the builder and get one made for yourself.
