Many tiny house builders go about naming designs after their clients like Jen’s 34′ x 10′ Tiny Home by MitchCraft Tiny Homes, while others find a deeper meaning for instance Fritz Tiny Homes’ Halcyon Tiny House. The Ohio-based Modern Tiny Living has no naming convention and often derives inspiration from nature. The case in point is the Clover Tiny House, a beautiful Kokosing model by Modern Tiny Living.

With poplar tongue and groove cladding, the 24 feet custom-made trailer is a gorgeous compact dwelling with concrete countertops, a full gourmet kitchen, an elevated living room, ample storage, and a bathroom. Perfect to be used as a full-time dwelling or travel home, Clover tiny house features a steel roof and an exterior storage box.

The green front glass door opens into an interior clad in wood dotted with green and white accents. There are numerous windows that pour in plenty of natural light and ventilation. It features an elevated living room that has eight drawers, a dual bookcase, subfloor luggage space, and bed convertibility.

On the left side of the door, a storage-integrated staircase leads to the loft bedroom, while the epicurean kitchen allows the residents to allow decadent meals. The fully-equipped kitchen has a four-burner electric range with a range hood, polished concrete countertops, custom green cabinetry, an undermount stainless steel sink, a convection oven, a full steel refrigerator, and a washer-dryer combo unit.

Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a polished concrete table. A sliding barn door leads to the bathroom from the little galley where the breakfast nook is set along a window. The bathroom takes care of all the sanitation needs with a fiberglass shower, a sink, a standard flush toilet, and a floating shelf. The staircase with handrail leads to a large king loft with a tapered ceiling, where three windows make the room feel spacious.

Clover Tiny House also features ductless mini split air conditioning, a gas propane water heater, 50 Amp electric service, and closed cell spray foam insulation to maintain optimum temperature.
