The tiny house lifestyle can either be jubilating or extremely excruciating, depending on the usage of the space. Some people buy a tiny house shell and then pack their dwelling with sofa, bedding, and other ‘not so essential items’, only to end up complaining about feeling cramped. The catch with a tiny house is, that one should know the right utilization of space, and if you’ve never been in a tiny home before, it’s better to buy a fully furnished tiny house than a shell.

Family Home Design is one such tiny house builder that offers a fully functional tiny home, and the 26ft Delta tiny house is what we’ll be discussing today. Built on a triple-axle trailer, the tiny house is finished in hardwood clear shiplap siding, while metal accents have been used for the roof cladding.

A glass door welcomes you inside the house and also lets light and air penetrate inside. Complimenting the transparent door is a myriad of windows that do the same, in addition to offering a picturesque view of the outdoors.

Visitors enter the home into the living room, which features a sofa that faces a television mounted on the wall. Adjacent is a wall-mounted table that can be utilized as a breakfast bar. Nearby is the kitchen which contains a couple of quartz countertops. The two countertops face each other and incorporate a sink with a spring swivel faucet. Then we have an electrical stove, fridge, and a washer/dryer adding functionality to the house.

The kitchen connects to the Delta tiny house’s bathroom. This looks quite small but the builder has managed to shoehorn in a shower, a Kohler toilet, a sink, and a vanity. On the opposite side of the bathroom is the main-floor bedroom of the house. It sleeps a couple and is encompassed by windows on three sides, hence, allowing the interior to bathe in natural light.
