How to Make Viral Honeycomb Paper Tabletop Christmas Tree

Get the supplies and a Christmas tree template – with 5 pointed sides – folded in half, lengthwise.

Next, take the chart paper, cut it in half, and fold it multiple times. Take measurements equal to the template’s length.

Now keep the folded end of the chart paper inward and place the folded template on it. Make sure the pointed ends are perfectly aligned. Then, trace the outline and start cutting. Multiple folds will give many tree cutouts at once.

Once all the cutouts are ready, take one of the cutouts and add dots of glue at the alternating ends. Add glue on the first, third, and fifth pointed ends, and fold it back, pressing the paper gently with your hands until it sticks.

Repeat the same gluing process on the back of the folded piece. This time add glue to the second and fourth ends. Now keep adding the glue and stick paper tree alternatively until all the cutouts are glued. Keep the tree under some weight and let it sit for a while.
