ECOVACS’ DEEBOT X1 OMNI Features a Powerful Mopping System

ECOVACS has been gradually garnering a lot of attention for its affordable products. In its mission to modernize home cleaning with technology, the Chinese technology brand has introduced the DEEBOT X1 OMNI along with two other models from the family, at CES 2022. It is a fully automated cleaning appliance with features like YIKO Voice Assistant, All-in-One OMNI Station, powerful AIVI 3D, and TrueMapping technology.

1. Auto-Cleaning & Emptying

The main power behind this robot vacuum and mop is the fully automatic and multifunctional OMNI Station that does it all. It automatically empties dirt and debris it collects, and auto washes and dries the mops so that it can complete the job in its entirety.

With separate 4-liter clean and dirty water tanks in the OMNI Station, the appliance can clean up to 360-square-meter space in one go. It also includes space to accommodate the 3.0L disposable dust bags that are emptied in only 10 seconds.

2. Auto-Avoidance

There are multiple smart sensors to detect objects and avoid interruptions in the cleaning path. The appliance uses AIVI 3D camera vision and two obstacle avoidance technologies to find what’s in its path. It is powered by a dedicated AI processor that is said to be 16 times more powerful than its predecessor, allowing for faster recognition speeds.

3. Auto-Navigation

The ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 OMNI uses TrueMapping 2.0 with dTOf technology which is the most advanced LiDAR laser technology used in self-driving cars and drones. It can learn and map a home’s layout and do the cleaning for you.

The appliance navigates through interactive 3D maps that capture not only rooms but also furniture placed in them. These maps make it possible for the users to customize their cleaning with ease.

4. Auto-Interactivity

The DEEBOT X1 OMNI has a built-in YIKO voice assistance platform that takes direct commands without a third-party smart device. The user can control the appliance completely hands-free. You can give it a voice command to start and stop, change settings, and clean specific areas. You don’t need to lift a finger!
