For urban dwellers living in small apartments, save-saving furniture pieces provide the best solution to maximize floor space and also are a great money-saver. Living up to the same concept, two French design brands Espace Loggia and Ligne Roset have teamed up to created latest Hop & Up Murphy bed that can transform itself into home office, occupying minimum floor space.

Designed by Sandra Planchez, the Hop & Up bed can be stored to the ceiling and brought down to any desired level with a simple push when required. The height-adjustable bed is attached onto the wooden platform and features a smooth mechanism that allows the bed to hover at any level without a fall.

Beneath the bed you can find a storage area that includes mirror, pull-down desk, lighting and other storage solutions. Within its storage spaces you can keep all your important files, personal belongings, etc. It is idyllic for all small living spaces, where you don’t have enough area to adjust different furniture pieces. The easy going bed-cum-office allows you to change look of your interior as per your need.

Using this mobile piece of furniture that costs you no less than ‎€6000 ( approx $6700), you can turn any room into your personal office space. But when you feel tired, just foldaway your office into the wall and pull the bed down to enjoy a relaxing snooze. The Hop & Up bed by Espace Loggia x Ligne Roset was unveiled for the first time at the Maison & Objet 2015 in Paris. However, this stunning transforming bed will be included in Ligne Roset’s 2015 collection soon.
