If you are planning a trip to Sweden, you may be wondering what extraordinary you can experience there aside from Northern Lights and ice hotels. Well, you can take a bath in the freezing-cold waters of the Lule River or book yourself the famous floating Arctic hotel and spa in Harads that is now open and accepting bookings.

The floating Arctic Bath Hotel & Spa in Swedish Lapland was viewed as the next-level destination when we first heard about it a few years back. The hotel features floating and land cabins. The floating cabins are designed by Bertil Harström and Johan Kaupp, responsible for some of the cabins at the renowned Tree Hotel in Sweden.

The open-air cold bath on a floating structure is the thing that excites the most. Or you could take a dip in cold water if you are brave enough. Guests will also be able to enjoy the spa, massage, and various other wellness treatments here. There is also a Scandinavian designed restaurant that serves fresh and local delicacies. The holiday cabins are available in different sizes to match different needs. There are smaller suites for couples and bigger ones suitable for up to 5 persons.

During the stay at floating Arctic Bath Hotel & Spa, guests can take part in various activities offered in the surrounding area. From husky sled ride and snowmobile safari to skiing and photography to explore the region; there are many options to choose from according to time and budget.
