Have you ever had to cram into some corner of your room to adhere to a work deadline or complete an assignment for college? If so, then you are well aware of the challenges it brings of not having a dedicated area to work, especially with a space constraint. A traditional work desk may require extra space and other aspects. To that accord, the Fold Desk by Peruvian industrial designer Valeria Coello comes to your rescue. The convertible workstation aims to target young creatives generating extra productivity as it is a useful piece of furniture to have at your place of work.

With an expandable system that stretches out supporting multiple working styles and requirements, the table enhances workflow, especially in work-from-home scenarios. The furniture piece has space-saving features and brings in versatility for home or office use.

The basic structure involves a yellow broad top that sits on slender metal legs. The yellow tabletop is divided into five sections with four foldable flaps that can maximize the workspace according to your needs in a limited space. The underside of the table has metal and wood clamping to hold the foldable pieces in place. When not in use, the space-saving table folds into a tiny rectangle that can be stashed anywhere.

For enhancing functionality, it features an additional sliding metal structure with four holders that come in handy to store stationery and small office supplies. You can easily place your laptop, books, or office files on the tabletop and work carefree. With four holes on the sides for holding wires as they pass through, you can use the table without creating any visible mess or hazard.

The Fold Desk neatly folds into a small rectangle and serves well without any tedious assembly to create a modern workstation for small spaces. With casters attached, it can be easily taken to other areas of the home or office. The wheels come with stoppers to keep the desk in one place and hold grip on slippery surfaces.
