Committed to designing and building functional micro-dwellings with sustainability at the center, Oregon-based builder Rolling Homes (Wheels on the House) creates custom homes to meet the individual needs of its clients while focusing on lowering the environmental footprint. Measuring 30-foot-long and 8.6-foot-wide, the Gallery tiny house by the manufacturer is the epitome of modern minimalism in a single-floor layout. Within its moody black façade, the Gallery packs 255 square feet of floor space that accommodates two people as there is only one bedroom.

The tiny house on wheels, however, is beautifully designed with modern amenities and high-quality materials to make it a perfect structure that you can use in a myriad of ways. It can be a permanent mobile home for couples or empty nesters, an ADU, a home office, a guest home, or a vacation rental.

With a height of 13.6 feet, the single-story layout becomes spacious and allows a perfect design flow. The front door opens into the living room where an arch is carved into a wall to access the bedroom at one end. An electric fireplace is fitted into the wall with a concrete mantel to evoke a sense of traditional house design. In front of the entrance is a large space to place a couch or convertible sofa to include additional sleeping accommodation.

Next is a big kitchen, where a custom countertop doubles as a breakfast table and custom cabinets take center stage. There is a four-burner cooktop, an oven, a range hood, and a stainless sink. The kitchen of the Gallery packs a lot of storage power, all in natural wood. Opposite the cooking station are big pantry closets and space for a full-size refrigerator.

Past the kitchen, a spacious bathroom occupies the other end of the house. It features an eco-flush toilet, a tiled shower, and a vanity sink. On the other end of the house, a light-filled bathroom is designed. It can fit a king-size bed and two nightstands.

Priced at $124,000, the Gallery tiny house has a larger mini-split for heating and cooling, upgraded insulated, insulated plumbing, dimmers on light switches, and upgraded double-pane windows. All these luxury features make this a stunning compact house for two people to live in full-time.
